Property Enduring Power of Attorney

 Indicates required field

The point of a Property Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) is to allow you (the donor) to elect someone you trust, such as a family member or a trustee company, to make decisions on your behalf concerning your assets. This is to protect you if you were to become mentally incapable, and unable to make financial decisions such as paying bills, buying and selling assets, and taking care of bank accounts. A Property EPA can also come into effect while you are mentally capable.

  4. One of their authorised staff will witness and certify your EPA to ensure all legal requirements are met. It’s also a good idea to have all attorneys and successor attorneys join the meeting to avoid you having to organise the signing of the EPA separately.
